These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of genxfinitymedia.com and related content, digital products, forms, and voluntary-support features operated by GenXFinity Media Group LLC (“GenXFinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a South Carolina limited liability company.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Informational purpose

GenXFinity publishes commentary, stories, research-oriented material, and practical information concerning topics that may include culture, careers, money, technology, health, mobility, aging, family, and personal reinvention.

Digital products and purchases

Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Prices and product descriptions are displayed before purchase and may be updated for future transactions. Applicable taxes and payment details are shown during checkout when required. Payment is processed through Squarespace Payments and its payment-service partners.

A digital-product purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, share access to, or commercially exploit the files except with our written permission or as allowed by law.

Voluntary support

GenXFinity Media Group LLC is a for-profit limited liability company, not a charitable organization. Voluntary contributions:

  • Are not represented as tax-deductible charitable gifts.
  • Do not provide equity, ownership, voting rights, repayment rights, products, services, or a financial return.
  • Are not an investment or an offer to sell securities.
  • May be used among the business, platform, research-preparation, intellectual-property, development, and operating priorities described on the website.

Recurring support may be canceled for future billing. Completed contribution and cancellation terms are described in our Digital Delivery, Refunds & Support Policy.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, page designs, downloadable files, product materials, and the GenXFinity and Freedom Flow names and marks—are owned by or licensed to GenXFinity Media Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share ordinary links to public website pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, modify, scrape, remove attribution from, create commercial derivatives of, or use website content to train or supply a commercial system without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits the use.
