Digital Delivery, Refunds & Support

This policy applies to digital products purchased from GenXFinity Media Group LLC and to voluntary contributions made through genxfinitymedia.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy & Cookies Policy.

Digital products only

The Forked Roads products currently sold through the website are digital downloads. Nothing is physically shipped.

Before purchasing, review the product title, description, price, file information, and compatibility with the device or software you plan to use.

How delivery works

After checkout is completed:

  1. Squarespace automatically fulfills the digital order.
  2. Download access is sent to the email address used for the purchase.
  3. The download link remains active for 24 hours.
  4. If a link expires, opening the expired link should trigger a refreshed link sent to the original purchase email.

Save the file to a secure device after downloading it. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking spam or filtered folders, and maintaining access to the purchase email account.

Access and file support

If the delivery message does not arrive, a link will not open, or a file appears incomplete or corrupted:

  • Confirm that the purchase email address is correct.
  • Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
  • Try the refreshed-link process described above.
  • Email info@genxfinitymedia.com with the purchaser’s name, purchase email, order number if available, product name, and a description of the problem.

We will make reasonable efforts to verify the order and restore access or provide an appropriate replacement file. For security, we may ask for information needed to confirm the purchase before sending access details.

Digital-product refunds

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after download access is delivered.

Refund requests made within seven days of purchase will be reviewed for:

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Delivery or access failures that remain unresolved after reasonable support efforts.
  • A purchased file that is defective, corrupted, or materially different from the product described.

To request review, email info@genxfinitymedia.com with the purchase email, order number if available, product name, reason for the request, and any relevant technical details.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Change-of-mind requests, failure to download within the original 24-hour window, or device and software limitations do not ordinarily qualify when the correct file and refreshed access remain available.

This policy does not limit refunds, remedies, warranties, or other rights required by applicable law.

Unauthorized or incorrect transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, contact us promptly at info@genxfinitymedia.com. Payment disputes and fraud reviews may also be handled by Squarespace Payments, Stripe-related payment services, the card issuer, or the customer’s financial institution.

Voluntary contributions

GenXFinity Media Group LLC is a for-profit company. Voluntary contributions are not tax-deductible charitable gifts, investments, loans, or purchases of equity, ownership, decision-making rights, products, services, or financial returns.

Completed voluntary contributions are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or reported unauthorized transactions or where a refund is required by law.

If recurring support is selected:

  • You may cancel future billing using any available account or confirmation-email controls, or by emailing info@genxfinitymedia.com.
  • Cancellation applies to future billing after it is processed.
  • Charges completed before cancellation remain subject to the contribution-refund terms above.

Policy changes

We may update this policy for future transactions as products, payment features, or business practices change. The version in effect when a transaction occurs will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
